The Windy Village Festival
Last Wednesday, the vibrant village of Waverly hosted its annual winter festival. Vendors sold warm walnut cakes, spiced wine, and woven velvet scarves while cheerful voices filled the air. Wesley, a traveling violinist, played lively tunes near the wooden bridge, and children waved at him as they dove into piles of snow. By evening, the wind grew violent, but the villagers kept dancing wildly, their laughter echoing under the twinkling lights.
